In some region of a semiconductor, the hole concentration varies sinusoidally with distance, as shown below,
with p1 = 7.0e+14 cm-3 and L = 7 μm.

Calculate the hole diffusion current density at the point x = 6.3 μm.

The hole diffusion coefficient is Dp = 10 cm2/V·s.

Note: Be careful with radians versus degrees for the function. In this case, you will likely be using radians.
