The Audio and Arduino Clubs are back for the spring semester.
Meetings will be at the same time as last semester: Mondays at 5:30 pm. The first meeting will be on Feb 2 in 3043 Coover Hall.
We will try a somewhat different format of the club this semester by providing much more project time. The first two meetings will be in the "classroom" (3043 Coover). The remaining seven or eight meetings of the semester will be in the lab (2011 Coover), with emphasis on building projects.
We will use a pick-and-choose approach to projects. There will be a menu of projects available. If you decide to do a particular project, you can sign up to receive it at the next meeting (or for any future meeting). Then you work on the project at your convenience — during a meeting or later on your own time.
For most projects, you can pay for the kits either when you request them or when you receive them. (For the more expensive speaker projects, you will need pay at least half of the cost upfront, before the parts are ordered.)
You can do projects in any order and you can mix and match between Audio and Arduino projects.
See the list of projects on the projects page. Some are immediately available, and some are being finalized.
If you are interested and want to hear more, come to the first informational meeting on Feb 2. If you have questions but can't make it to the meeting, contact G. Tuttle.
